By adding Jedziah ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Jedziah is a Discord bot that provides:

• User verification via Discord OAuth
• FiveM server status monitoring
• Role management for verified users
• Server administration tools

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Bot, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
• Not use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Ensure you have proper authorization to add the Bot to a server

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators who add the Bot agree to:

• Configure the Bot responsibly and in compliance with Discord's policies
• Inform server members that the Bot collects verification data
• Not use the Bot's features to discriminate against or harass users
• Take responsibility for how the Bot is configured in their server

5. Availability

• The Bot is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from Bot downtime or unavailability

6. Data Collection

The Bot collects limited data necessary for its functionality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Bot and its code remain the property of the developers
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot without permission
• "Mythic-V" and associated branding are property of their respective owners

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Bot is provided without warranty of any kind
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Bot
• We are not liable for actions taken by server administrators using the Bot
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (if any)

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Revoke access to the Bot for any user or server
• Terminate service for violations of these terms
• Block servers or users engaging in abuse or malicious activity

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance
• Major changes will be announced through appropriate channels
